Frond P, Palm Jumeirah
Frond P is the last frond on the western, Dubai Marina side of Palm Jumeirah and the first one you reach from the mainland on that side, opposite Frond A. Its road, Al Sullaj, runs about 1.3 km due south from the trunk to the tip (EQT measurement from OpenStreetMap). It holds Nakheel Garden Homes and Signature Villas with private beaches, and its entrance is about 540 m from the Palm Jumeirah Mall monorail station.
Frond P closes the run of western fronds that starts with I at the top of the trunk. Being nearest the mainland, it is one of the quickest fronds to drive off the island from: Propsearch gives about 15 minutes to The Walk JBR and 20 minutes to Dubai Mall.
Propsearch lists The View at The Palm about 0.8 km away and Skydive Dubai about 2.3 km away. Skydive Dubai appears in the nearby attractions only for Fronds O and P.

Which way Frond P faces
The frond road runs due south from the trunk, at about 178 degrees. One row of villas has beaches facing west, towards Frond O and the sunset; the other faces east, towards the mainland shore at the base of the Palm and the morning sun.
From the tip, Ain Dubai is about 3.1 km to the south south west, Atlantis The Palm about 3.3 km to the north west and Burj Al Arab about 6.5 km to the north east (EQT measurements from OpenStreetMap). Check the view from the garden of the villa itself, as neighbouring fronds and trees change it from plot to plot.
Homes on Frond P
Frond P has the original Nakheel villa types. Garden Homes are four and five bedroom villas on plots of about 6,500 to 7,800 sq ft, and Signature Villas are five to seven bedroom villas on plots of about 13,500 to 18,900 sq ft, all with a private beach.
Rebuilt villas can be priced far above the original type. In June 2023 Dubai Sotheby's International Realty featured a six bedroom Frond P villa with a beachfront infinity pool at AED 120 million, an asking price rather than a recorded sale.
Frond P or Frond A
A and P are the two fronds nearest the mainland, one on each side of the trunk, and both enter the trunk about 660 m from Palm Jumeirah Mall. Frond P is on the Dubai Marina side and Propsearch rates it a couple of minutes quicker to The Walk JBR and Dubai Mall. Frond A is on the Burj Al Arab side.
