Frond C, Palm Jumeirah
Frond C is the third frond up the eastern side of Palm Jumeirah, the side that faces Burj Al Arab. At about 1.7 km from trunk to tip (EQT measurement from OpenStreetMap) it is one of the longer fronds, and its tip, together with Frond D's, is the closest of any frond to Burj Al Arab, about 4.2 km in a straight line. The road is called Al Hilali, and the villas are Nakheel Garden Homes and Signature Villas with private beaches.
Frond C sits where the eastern fronds start to lengthen. A and B are each under 1.5 km; C adds roughly 200 m more than B and reaches further out towards the open Gulf, which gives the villas near its tip more distance from the trunk and its traffic.
It is still a lower trunk frond for daily life: the entrance is about 680 m in a straight line from the Palm Jumeirah Mall monorail station.

The tip nearest Burj Al Arab
Measured in OpenStreetMap, the end of Frond C is about 4.2 km from Burj Al Arab, to the east north east. Only Frond D's tip matches it. From the same point, Atlantis The Royal is about 2.2 km away and Atlantis The Palm about 3.1 km, both towards the west.
The frond road runs north east at about 55 degrees, so the two beach sides face roughly south east and north west. The south east side catches the morning sun and looks across to Frond B; the north west side looks towards Frond D and gets the evening light.
Frond C or Frond D
These neighbours are often compared, because both are long, both point towards Burj Al Arab and both mix Garden Homes with Signature Villas. Frond C is a little shorter and its gate is a little closer to the monorail and the mall.

Choosing a villa along the frond
On a frond of this length, position matters as much as villa type. Homes near the entrance are the quickest to reach and closest to the trunk; homes towards the tip are further from passing traffic and look across wider water. Propsearch gives about 22 minutes to Dubai Mall, 30 to Dubai International Airport and 39 to Al Maktoum International from Frond C.
