Frond B, Palm Jumeirah
Frond B is the second frond on the eastern, Burj Al Arab side of Palm Jumeirah, counting from the mainland. Its road, Al Khalas, runs about 1.5 km from the trunk to the tip (EQT measurement from OpenStreetMap) and points almost directly at Burj Al Arab, about 4.3 km beyond the tip. The frond is lined with Nakheel Garden Homes and Signature Villas with private beaches, and its gate is about 530 m from the Palm Jumeirah Mall monorail station.
Frond B shares the advantages of the lower trunk with its neighbour Frond A: the mall, the monorail and the route off the island are all close. It is about 170 m longer than A, which means a few more villas and a tip that reaches further into the water.
What sets B apart is its heading. Of all the eastern fronds, its road lines up most closely with Burj Al Arab, so the tip looks out along the frond towards the hotel and the Jumeirah coast.

A frond aimed at Burj Al Arab
The Al Khalas road leaves the trunk heading east north east, at a compass bearing of about 65 degrees. Burj Al Arab lies at about 63 degrees from the tip, so the frond is very nearly pointed at it. The two beach sides face roughly south south east and north north west, across the water to Frond A and Frond C.
Towards the island, Atlantis The Royal is about 2.5 km from the tip and Atlantis The Palm about 3.3 km, both straight line distances from OpenStreetMap. Whether a given villa actually sees any of these depends on its plot, its neighbours and how high the rooms are.
Getting around from Frond B
Propsearch's drive times from Frond B match Frond A's: roughly 17 minutes to The Walk JBR, 18 to Burj Al Arab, 22 to Dubai Mall, 30 to Dubai International Airport and 40 to Al Maktoum International. On foot, the frond entrance is about 660 m in a straight line from Palm Jumeirah Mall, the same as A, O and P, the four fronds closest to it.
What has been asked on Frond B
The National featured Villa Opus on Frond B in March 2024, a rebuilt home with a private beach and infinity pool on a plot of 682 sq m, marketed at AED 56 million. That was an asking price, not a recorded sale. The registered sales the market block shows below are the better guide to what villas actually achieve.
