Mudon's neighbourhoods and how they fit together

Mudon is one of the Dubailand communities delivered by Dubai Properties and is now looked after by Dubai Holding Community Management. It is fully gated and organised into clusters. Al Salam, Naseem and Rahat hold the earlier villas and townhouses, while Arabella 1, 2 and 3 on the eastern side, near Emirates Road, brought gated townhouse neighbourhoods that launched in 2015 and handed over from 2018 to 2020.

The latest phase, Mudon Al Ranim, adds single row townhouses with three and four bedrooms in two and three storey layouts. Al Ranim 1 launched in 2022 and was completed in 2025, and later phases such as Al Ranim 7 and 8 were still selling off plan in the past year. Mudon Views, a seven storey building finished in 2020 beside Mudon Park, holds the community's only apartments. Residents share pools, sports courts, a dog park, jogging tracks, play areas and mosques.
