About Tiara Residences
Tiara Residences was the first project by Zabeel Investments, inaugurated in 2009 as part of a residential and hospitality resort on the Palm Jumeirah trunk. Nakheel created the island itself, while Zabeel built this complex of seven buildings named after gemstones: Amber, Aquamarine, Diamond, Emerald, Ruby, Sapphire and Tanzanite. The community sits right beside Andaz Dubai The Palm.
The buildings rise up to 16 floors and are styled with Arabic motifs and Mediterranean touches, in sand and brown tones with gently waved rooflines. Because the complex sits on the upper trunk with water on both sides, many homes look straight out to sea, and residents walk down to a private beach, an infinity pool and landscaped gardens between the blocks. Penthouses of around 5,200 sq ft crown the buildings.
With apartments starting at about 1,300 sq ft, even the one bedroom homes here are generous by Dubai standards, which makes Tiara popular with families and couples who want space, a beach and an established community. It is about a 10 minute walk to the Al Ittihad Park monorail station and a short drive to Nakheel Mall, so daily life on the Palm is easy.
