About Marina Residences
Nakheel built Marina Residences as part of the original Palm Jumeirah master plan, completing the six buildings in 2009. They are named simply Marina Residences 1 to 6 and are split three on each side of the main road at the top of the trunk. At their centre is the Anchor Marina, a private harbour with 600 berths that gives the community its name and its relaxed waterside feel.
Homes look over the moored yachts and out to the open Gulf, and the podium level is landscaped with a private promenade that runs along the water. Residents have a marina clubhouse with a gym, a swimming pool, a jacuzzi, a children's pool and a play area, plus sauna and steam rooms. Layouts are generous throughout, and the largest penthouses exceed 10,000 sq ft.
Marina Residences suits boat owners, families and anyone who wants a waterside home in the middle of Palm life. Nakheel Mall, The View at The Palm and the Palm Monorail are about two minutes away, Palm West Beach and Club Vista Mare about five, and Atlantis about nine minutes by car. Nearby dog parks make it a favourite with pet owners too.
