Arjan at a glance: a Dubailand grid of new towers
Arjan was planned as one of the residential districts of the wider Dubailand master plan and is looked after today by Dubai Holding Community Management. On title deeds it falls within Al Barsha South 3. The layout is a compact grid of plots between Umm Suqeim Street to the north, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road to the south and Hessa Street to the west, which keeps journeys to Al Barsha, Jumeirah Village Circle and Motor City short.
What sets Arjan apart is how many developers share it. Danube Properties alone has delivered Skyz, Miraclz, Jewelz and Resortz, while Oro24, Vincitore, Samana, Binghatti and more than a dozen smaller firms each have their own buildings. The result is a wide spread of finishes and price points within a few streets, from older blocks such as Siraj Tower, completed in 2016, to the 41 storey Skyz, handed over in 2025. Dubai Miracle Garden on the southern edge gives the district its best known landmark.
