About Muraba Residences
Muraba began building its Palm Jumeirah residences in October 2014 and completed them in March 2016. For the design, the developer brought in RCR Arquitectes, the Pritzker Prize winning studio, working with Rice Perry Ellis. It was RCR's first residential project anywhere, which gives the building a special place in Dubai's architecture and makes it a favourite among design minded buyers.
The building is made of glass and concrete with a restrained, calm facade that lets the sea and the light take centre stage. With only about 50 homes, it feels private and quiet, and residents walk straight out to the beach. An infinity edge pool looks across the Arabian Gulf to the Dubai skyline, joined by a vitality pool, a crystal pool, a spa, a sauna and a steam room.
Muraba Residences suits buyers who appreciate architecture and want a low density home with generous space: two bedroom apartments start at about 1,750 sq ft, and the penthouses, which have private lifts, reach about 6,700 sq ft. The building is pet friendly, the Palm Atlantis Monorail is about nine minutes by car, and VOX Cinemas at Palm Jumeirah Mall is 2.1 km away.
