About Ellington Beach House
Ellington Properties announced Beach House in September 2022 as its first residential apartment project on Palm Jumeirah, and the building was completed in July 2024. Known for design led homes across Dubai, Ellington chose a beachfront plot on the East Crescent and kept the building intimate, with 123 residences arranged over a ground floor and seven residential floors above a basement.
The architecture is inspired by superyachts, with carved trapezoidal masses and light reflective facades that change with the sun. Inside, homes feature fitted Miele kitchens and teak shower floors. Residents look out over the Arabian Gulf, the Dubai Marina skyline, Downtown, the Burj Al Arab and the Burj Khalifa, and a 400 square metre infinity pool faces the beach and its cabanas.
