About Passo by Beyond
BEYOND Developments, part of the Omniyat Group, launched Passo on 31 July 2025 as its first flagship project outside Dubai Maritime City. The development takes a beachfront plot on the West Crescent and is planned as two mirrored towers named Avita and Bella, each rising about 15 storeys above two basement levels, with handover expected in Q3 2029.
The towers have fluid, terraced forms inspired by coastal contours and marine shapes, and the whole project is planned around wellness and biophilic design. Residences come in three collections: Wellness homes with private plunge pools, Elite homes, and the Signature collection of five penthouses and six standalone beach mansions. Views look back across the water to the Dubai Marina and Palm skyline.
Passo suits buyers who want a new beachfront home on the Crescent with a strong wellness focus. Plans include a 250 metre private white sand beach, multi tiered infinity pools, a 360 degree rooftop infinity pool with a sky garden, a wellness pavilion with spa, yoga and meditation decks, a Montessori inspired kids pavilion, an outdoor cinema, a library and a coworking space.
