Regina Tower is in District 12, in the central eastern part of Jumeirah Village Circle, surrounded by small community parks such as Sabat Park, Ghaf Park and Thamam Park. Tiger Properties started construction in January 2019 and completed the tower in May 2022, with its own contracting arm as builder.
Homes are studios and one bedroom apartments, sold fully furnished with fitted kitchens and balconies, above two basement parking levels. The building also has a few offices and retail units, and residents share a temperature controlled swimming pool, a fitness centre, a green park area and barbecue spaces.
Studios account for about two thirds of the rental contracts registered in the building with the Dubai Land Department, with one bedroom apartments making up the rest, and it is one of the busiest rental addresses in its district. Furnished, compact units make it a favourite with single professionals and with investors who want a ready to let home.
