About DAMAC Islands

DAMAC Islands is one of the most talked about launches in Dubai of recent years. DAMAC Properties unveiled the first phase in November 2024 as its sixth master community, and the second phase, DAMAC Islands 2, followed in November 2025 as its seventh. Both phases sit in Dubailand, close to Emirates Road, and both sold at record pace on launch.

The idea is simple: each cluster takes its name and mood from a famous island. Phase one covers the Maldives, Bora Bora, Seychelles, Hawaii, Bali and Fiji. Phase two adds Antigua, Bahamas, Barbados, Bermuda, Cuba, Maui, Mauritius and Tahiti. Homes are low rise, with townhouses for growing families and large villas for buyers who want more space and privacy.

The appeal lies in the landscape. DAMAC has planned lagoons, waterfalls, a jungle river, an indoor Aqua Dome and a hot springs spa, so daily life feels closer to a resort than a suburb. For buyers looking at a family home in a green, water themed setting at a lower entry point than the prime waterfront districts, DAMAC Islands is worth a close look.
