About The Valley
Emaar introduced The Valley in November 2019 as a self contained suburb where the Dubai to Al Ain Road (E66) meets the Jebel Ali to Lehbab Road (E77). The first phase, Eden, is complete and lived in, along with Nara and Talia. Emaar's 2022 and 2023 brochures describe The Valley as a whole as more than 4,500 homes on about 200 hectares, and in July 2024 Emaar announced a second phase, according to Propsearch, which keeps the community selling off plan years after the first keys were handed over.
The Valley is a collection of small named neighbourhoods rather than one project. Dubai Land Department records list more than twenty of them, from Orania, Ovelle, Elora and Rivana to the two Farm Gardens and Farm Grove phases and newer releases such as Kaia, Elea and Rivera. Vindera, a cluster of three and four bedroom townhouses, was the busiest phase over the last year with 577 registered sales.
Life here centres on open space. Emaar has planned a Town Centre with cafés, shops and a farmers' market, a Sports Village, a play area called Kids Dale and a Golden Beach lagoon, and the Pavilion with its gardens is already open. The Valley suits families who want a private garden, wide streets and a quieter pace, and who are happy to trade a beach nearby for more space at home.

On the Dubai to Al Ain Road near the E77 junction, about 5 minutes from The Sevens Stadium and about 20 minutes from Downtown Dubai by car, according to Emaar.
