Questions agents ask
Who can become an EQT partner?
Real estate agents, brokerages and agencies outside the UAE who have clients interested in buying property in Dubai. You keep working from your own country; EQT is the licensed broker on the Dubai side.
How much do partners earn?
Up to 25% of EQT's commission on every deal that completes through your introduction. The exact share is agreed in writing for each client before the first viewing, so there are no surprises.
When is the referral fee paid?
After the transaction completes at the Dubai Land Department and EQT has received its commission.
Do I lose contact with my client?
No. We keep you updated at the key steps, and your client remains yours for any business in your own country.
Does it cost anything to join?
No. There is no fee to join and no minimum number of referrals.
Can EQT send clients to me?
Yes. Many of our buyers also invest abroad. When a client looks for property in your market, we introduce them to a trusted partner there, on the same terms.
