The tower has one underground level, five podium floors, 30 residential floors and a roof. Its 276 homes run from studios of about 301 sq ft to three bedroom apartments of about 1,722 sq ft, and every unit includes parking.
One bedroom apartments lead the rental contracts registered with the Dubai Land Department, followed by studios and two bedroom homes. With two parks on its doorstep and an outdoor cinema on the amenity deck, it suits young professionals and small families, and investors who want a newer, easy to let unit.
