About Princess Tower
Tameer Holding developed Princess Tower to a design by the office of Eng. Adnan Saffarini. Rising about 414 m over 101 storeys, with six basement levels below, it was the tallest residential building in the world from 2012 until 2015 and remains one of the defining towers of the Dubai Marina skyline.
The tower holds 763 homes: one, two and three bedroom apartments plus duplexes and penthouses. Higher floors look over the marina, the Arabian Gulf and Palm Jumeirah. Residents have indoor and outdoor pools, a gym and exercise studio, a sauna and steam room, games rooms, a children's play area and a residents' lounge high up on the 97th floor, with 957 parking spaces underground.
Princess Tower sits in the cluster of supertall towers at the northern gateway of the marina, a few minutes on foot from Marina Walk's cafés and the water bus. The Sobha Realty metro station is about a kilometre away, and Emirates Golf Club and Skydive Dubai are both close by, which keeps the tower popular with tenants and investors.
