Dubai Arch Tower is the first tower of Cluster G, sharing the cluster with JBC 1 and Me Do Re 2 on the Dubai Marina side of Jumeirah Lake Towers. Construction started in 2004 and the building was completed in May 2009, with Crang & Boake as the architectural consultant.

The 41 storey tower is mainly residential, with a mix of studios and one, two and three bedroom apartments above retail units at ground level. The range of sizes means the building appeals to first time buyers, investors looking for studios and families wanting more space close to the metro.

Cluster G faces the Sheikh Zayed Road edge of JLT, so Dubai Marina Mall, Reel Cinemas and the Marina Walk are a short walk away, while the JLT lakes, JLT Park and the cafés of the neighbouring clusters sit behind the tower.
