About FIVE Palm Jumeirah

FIVE Palm Jumeirah was built by the group behind FIVE Holdings, with P&T Architects and Engineers as the architectural consultant and China State Construction Engineering Corporation as the main contractor. Construction began in May 2013 and was completed in November 2016, and the resort has traded as FIVE Palm Jumeirah since 2017.

The building rises 16 storeys on Palm West Beach and wraps around its pools and gardens, so most homes look out over the Arabian Gulf or back towards the Dubai Marina skyline.
