About Marina Gate

Select Group built Marina Gate on the northern side of the marina, at what it calls the original gateway to Dubai Marina. The Residences at Marina Gate I, about 206 m tall, was completed in 2018 and The Residences at Marina Gate II, about 256 m, in 2019. The architects were Aedas and the contractor ALEC. The complex's third tower is Jumeirah Living Marina Gate.

Tower I has studios, one to four bedroom apartments, three and four bedroom penthouses and four bedroom podium villas. Tower II has 535 homes, from one to three bedroom apartments to half floor penthouses, waterfront podium villas and a full floor penthouse. Many homes look over the marina, the Arabian Gulf and the skyline.

Residents enjoy temperature controlled infinity pools, children's pools, gyms, a full size basketball court, squash and paddle tennis courts, landscaped gardens with a barbecue area, and 24 hour concierge and security.
