About La Vie
Dubai Properties launched La Vie in October 2019 as one of the newest towers on the JBR beachfront, and construction ran from January 2020 to April 2023. The project is now marketed within the Meraas portfolio of Dubai Holding, and it sold out before completion.
The tower borrows from Miami modernist architecture, with clean lines, generous glazing and living rooms oriented towards the sea. Woods Bagot worked on the design with Next Engineering Consultants, and Al Sahel Contracting built the tower, which has a basement car park beneath it.
Residents have a resort style podium with an infinity pool, a children’s pool and play areas, communal gardens, a jogging track and a gym, together with sauna and steam rooms. With the beach in front and The Walk behind, La Vie suits buyers who want a new, finished home in the middle of JBR.
