Six Senses Residences The Palm is a completed branded residential building by Select Group on the West Crescent of Palm Jumeirah, and the first Six Senses residences in the region. Select Group announced completion on 3 July 2026, with handovers under way. It holds 162 homes: 121 penthouses, 32 Sky Villas and 9 Signature Villas, from two to five bedrooms, with direct beach access and the 60,000 sq ft Six Senses Place wellness facility.
Wellness is the reason buyers choose it. The Six Senses brand brings a spa, a wellness circuit and Six Senses Place, a residents' club of about 60,000 sq ft, alongside tennis and padel courts, resort pools and an indoor lap pool.
The developer lists the project as sold out, so every purchase now is a resale from a first owner. With handovers happening through 2026, early resale stock is appearing, and prices are set owner by owner.
