About Boulevard Point

Emaar launched Boulevard Point in January 2014 on Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard. The building was completed in 2020 and, at about 280 metres, ranks among the taller residential towers in Downtown Dubai. It was designed by Dewan Architects and Engineers.

Its position is the main draw. The tower sits directly above the Fashion Avenue extension of The Dubai Mall, and residents reach the mall through a glass link bridge, so shopping, dining and the Dubai Fountain are all close by without crossing a road.

Apartments use a modern palette of stone countertops, pendant lighting and glass panelling. Lower and middle floors look over The Old Town and Souk Al Bahar, while selected homes open to views of the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Fountain, which makes the tower popular with both residents and investors.
