Al Furjan Villas are the original Nakheel villas and townhouses of Al Furjan in Jebel Ali, Dubai, built from 2008 in three architectural styles: Quortaj, Dubai and Al Hejaz. They are mainly three bedroom townhouses and four bedroom villas grouped in villages around the Al Furjan Pavilion, with pools, parks, mosques and a Dubai Metro station close by.

About Al Furjan Villas
Nakheel announced Al Furjan in September 2007 and started building in 2008. The first phase, the East and South villages, sold 800 villas within a week, and the North and West villages followed. By 2021 the master community held more than 1,700 villas and townhouses alongside some 2,800 apartments, making these original homes the heart of the neighbourhood.
The villas come in three looks. Quortaj homes blend North African, Islamic and Mediterranean influences with tiered green tiled roofs, decorative white panels and arches; Dubai style homes are cleaner and more contemporary; Al Hejaz homes take a traditional Arabian approach. Nakheel's range is built around three bedroom townhouses and four bedroom villas, with larger villas in some clusters.
Community life centres on the Al Furjan Pavilion, opened in December 2016 with a Spinneys supermarket, a clinic, a recreation centre, shops and cafés, while the wider community has mosques, parks, cycle tracks, pools and two international schools. Al Furjan Metro Station on the Route 2020 line puts Expo City Dubai and the rest of the city within easy reach.

Location
The original villa villages wrap around the Al Furjan Pavilion in the centre and east of the community, a short walk from Arcadia Global School and close to Al Furjan Metro Station. Nakheel quotes about 10 minutes to Ibn Battuta Mall, 15 minutes to Dubai Marina and 28 minutes to Downtown Dubai by car.
