Green Community West is the gated western village of Green Community in Dubai Investment Park 1, developed by Properties Investment, the joint venture of Dubai Investments and Union Properties. It combines large three to six bedroom garden villas, three and four bedroom townhouses from Phase III and low rise one and two bedroom apartment blocks around shaded streets and parks.

About Green Community West
Green Community was one of the first master planned villa neighbourhoods outside central Dubai, laid out with mature trees, lakes and parks next to the Dubai Investments Park business district. The West village extends it with its own gates. Properties Investment, owned 70% by Dubai Investments and 30% by Union Properties, delivered Green Community West Phase III in 2017.
Phase III brought 210 townhouses, 122 with four bedrooms and 88 with three, plus 16 duplex apartments and a few shops, on about 1.48 million sq ft. Handover began with 76 townhouses in July 2017 and finished by the end of that year. Around them sit the larger detached villas with big gardens and the Northwest and Southwest apartment blocks, with underground parking.
Dubai Land Department recorded 62 Ejari rental contracts for the Phase III townhouses in the last 12 months, almost all three bedroom homes, and 26 apartment sales in the Northwest and Southwest blocks. Families choose the village for its space and greenery, the British curriculum schools on the doorstep and the Route 2020 metro station on the edge of Green Community.
