About Urbana III
Urbana was the first neighbourhood Emaar launched at Emaar South, and Urbana III followed Urbana I and II as its third phase. Construction began in 2017 and the community was completed in 2020, making it one of the earliest lived in parts of Emaar South.
Homes are tiered, or stacked, townhouses: each building is designed for two households, with two bedroom and three bedroom layouts. Emaar describes them as ready to move in family homes with spacious living areas and open kitchens behind a gated entrance.
Urbana III is right beside the Emaar South Golf Club and South Village, with pools, gyms and neighbourhood parks inside the wider community. It is one of the most rented addresses in Emaar South, popular with couples and young families.
