Greenview 1 is part of the family of villa neighbourhoods Emaar has built around the 18 hole championship golf course at Emaar South, a 7 sq km golf district developed by Emaar Properties in partnership with Dubai South. Construction started in 2019 and the community was handed over in 2024.
