Binghatti Developers started construction of Binghatti Stars in June 2017 and completed it in January 2020. The design was a finalist in the Future Residential High Rise category of the Cityscape Awards in 2017, and the building is one of the landmarks of the Binghatti cluster in Dubai Silicon Oasis.

The 363 homes are mostly studios, with one and two bedroom apartments on the upper floors. Five levels of covered parking sit within the building, and residents share a swimming pool, a children's pool, a jacuzzi, a gym and a children's play area.
