Tameer Holding Investments launched Palace Towers in 2006 as a pair of buildings: Palace Tower 1 for offices and Palace Tower 2 for homes. The residential tower was completed at the end of 2009 and remains one of the most recognisable addresses in Dubai Silicon Oasis, with a classical styled facade.
Palace Tower 2 has two basement levels, a ground floor and 22 residential floors with 424 apartments. Most homes are studios and one bedroom apartments, with a smaller number of two bedroom layouts, which keeps it popular with single professionals and couples.
The Dubai Land Department recorded one of the highest volumes of rent contracts in the community for Palace Tower over the last twelve months. Its central position, retail on the ground floor and the park, schools and Union Coop within a few minutes' walk explain its lasting appeal.
