Emirates Hills is one of Dubai's most prestigious addresses and is often called the Beverly Hills of Dubai. Emaar sold land to buyers who then designed and built their own homes, so almost every villa is different, from classic mansions to modern glass houses, set along quiet, palm lined streets.
The community covers about 3.5 sq km. Plots range from roughly 12,000 to 45,000 sq ft, and the villas are grouped into lettered sectors such as E, H, L, P, R, V and W, with each villa numbered after its sector. The 18 hole Montgomerie course, its lakes and the Address Montgomerie hotel and clubhouse form the green heart of the community.
