About Tilal Al Furjan
Nakheel announced Tilal Al Furjan in January 2022 as a premium addition to Al Furjan, its 560 hectare master community between Sheikh Zayed Road and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road. The enclave was planned as 220 large family villas set around landscaped streets, and Nakheel now lists the project as complete with handovers to owners under way.
Every home has four or five bedrooms. The ground floor holds a grand entrance, a large kitchen, living and dining rooms, a maid's room and an en suite guest bedroom, while the upper floor has the master suite with a walk in wardrobe, further en suite bedrooms and a family room. Some layouts add a courtyard, a show kitchen, a storeroom or a driver's room, and every villa has a private garden with provision for a pool.
Nakheel built sustainability into the design with solar water heaters, fresh air heat exchangers and electric car charging points. Outside the front door, residents share swimming pools, sports courts, children's playgrounds, cycle paths and shaded walkways, and the wider Al Furjan community adds schools, mosques, the Al Furjan Pavilion and a Dubai Metro station.
