Janusia was one of the early DAMAC Hills 2 clusters: construction started in June 2015 and the cluster was completed in May 2021.
The neighbourhood is gated and combines townhouses with detached villas. Registered rental contracts over the last year were mostly for three bedroom homes, with some two and six bedroom homes, and villas on the market range from three to six bedrooms.
Its northern position, between Centaury, Trixis and Sycamore, keeps it close to the E77 entrance. Water Town is about 1.3 km away and the community park about 1.9 km.
