Alwan Residence stands in the lakeside quarter of Dubai Production City, the cluster of Damac towers around a small artificial lake on the side of the district that faces Dubai Sports City. Construction started in 2015, with Al Khawajah Engineering Consultancy as architect and Al Badr Contracting as main contractor.
Registered sales in the last 12 months were almost all studios and one bedroom units, with a single two bedroom deal. That mix makes it a compact, investor friendly building, and its position next to Lakeside means daily shopping, cafes and small restaurants are all within a couple of minutes on foot.
