Saba Tower 2 is tower Q3 of Jumeirah Lake Towers, sharing Cluster Q and a retail podium with Dubai Gate 1 and Saba Tower 3. It was developed by Saba Properties JLT, part of the Saba Group, and rises about 150 metres over 36 storeys.

The building offers a wide range of homes, from studios and one and two bedroom apartments to three bedroom units and a small number of larger penthouses on the upper floors. Many apartments look over JLT Park and the lakes or towards the Dubai Marina skyline.

Cluster Q is one of the liveliest corners of JLT. JLT Park is about 0.2 km away, Dubai Marina Mall and Reel Cinemas are about half a kilometre across the Sheikh Zayed Road, and the Marina Walk and The Walk at JBR are around a kilometre away.
