Goldcrest Views 2 is the residential tower of Cluster J, alongside Mohammed Ibrahim Tower and the Bonnington Tower. It was developed by Star Giga Establishment, with construction running from November 2004 to February 2010.

The 39 storey building offers studios and one, two and three bedroom apartments. Shared facilities include a fitness centre, a sauna, a Jacuzzi and separate swimming pools for adults and children, which makes it a popular choice for families as well as professionals.

Its central position is a big part of the appeal: Almas Tower, DMCC's headquarters, is a couple of minutes on foot, and the lakeside cafés and restaurants of the surrounding clusters are right below. Goldcrest Views 2 is one of the most actively rented towers in JLT, with steady demand from people working in the community and in Dubai Marina.
