Lake Shore Tower, also written Lakeshore Tower, is the residential tower of Cluster Y, alongside the JBC 3 office tower and Swiss Tower. Al Bodor Real Estate Development built it between July 2006 and August 2009, with Khatib & Alami as the architectural consultant.

At 46 storeys and 165 metres, it is one of the taller residential towers in the northern clusters. The mix covers one, two and three bedroom apartments and penthouses, and the upper floors look over the JLT lakes, the Emirates Golf Club and Dubai Marina.

The tower is part of a group of buildings that share facilities and services. Sobha Realty Metro Station, JLT Park and the Emirates Golf Club are all within about a kilometre, which makes the location popular with residents who commute to Media City, Internet City and Dubai Marina.
