About Bonnington Tower
Bonnington Tower stands in Cluster J of Jumeirah Lake Towers, next to Goldcrest Views 2 and Mohammed Ibrahim Tower. It was developed by Bonnington Hospitality JLT and combines a hotel with privately owned apartments in one 41 storey building, a mix that is fairly rare in JLT.
The hotel floors traded for years as the Bonnington Hotel, known locally for McGettigan's Irish pub. In January 2022 the hotel reopened as voco Bonnington Dubai, the second voco in Dubai, after IHG signed a franchise agreement with the owner. Residents live alongside a working hotel with restaurants, a pool bar and meeting rooms on site.
The apartments are mainly one and two bedroom homes, with a smaller number of three bedroom units. The tower's leisure deck sits around 45 metres above the ground with a pool and gym, and the building is a short walk from the lakeside cafés of JLT, Almas Tower and DMCC Metro Station, which keeps it popular with tenants working in JLT and Dubai Marina.
