MBL Signature is MAG's latest tower in JLT, built through Mag 10 Property Development DMCC on a Cluster R plot originally planned for another tower. It completes Cluster R alongside Al Waleed Paradise and MAG 214, with National Engineering Bureau as consultant and BHC Contracting as main contractor.

The 27 storey building sits above six basement parking levels and will contain studios and one and two bedroom apartments, many with views towards the Dubai Marina skyline. The estimated handover is the fourth quarter of 2026.

Planned facilities include an infinity pool, a health club and gym, a sauna and steam room, a Jacuzzi, a kids' play area, a running track and a dog park, plus a medical clinic and a food court. JLT Park and the metro are right on the doorstep, a strong draw for future tenants.
