About Diamondz by Danube
Danube Properties launched Diamondz in April 2024 and described it as its most luxurious project to date. The tower rises 65 storeys above three basement parking levels on the southern edge of JLT, close to Uptown Dubai, and is being built by Beijing Emirates International Construction Company with National Engineering Bureau as the consultant.
The plan includes about 1,200 homes, from studios to four bedroom apartments, all delivered fully furnished. Residential floors run from level 12 to level 60, with shared facilities on the 12th floor, on levels 61 and 62 and on the roof. Apartments face either Jumeirah Islands to the east or the JLT towers and Jebel Ali to the west.
Diamondz has a strong wellness theme: its gym is the first in Dubai fitted with Salman Khan's Being Strong equipment, and the tower has more than 40 facilities, from an infinity pool and padel courts to an outdoor cinema and a kids' club. Construction began in September 2024.
