About Lakeside Residence
Lakeside Residence, often written Lake Side Residence, is one of three towers in Cluster A, the group at the south western corner of Jumeirah Lake Towers alongside Dubai Gate 2 and the Movenpick hotel and residence tower. Al Manal Development started construction in August 2006 and completed the building in December 2012, with Khatib & Alami as the architectural consultant.
The 36 storey tower overlooks Lake Almas West, one of the three artificial lakes around which JLT's towers are arranged. Its homes are mainly one and two bedroom apartments, a mix that suits couples, sharers and small families who want a lakeside address within walking distance of the metro.
JLT is a mixed use free zone community managed by DMCC, with offices, cafés, supermarkets and parks at the foot of the towers. From Cluster A, Dubai Marina, JBR and the Sheikh Zayed Road are all a few minutes away, which keeps rental demand steady among professionals working in Dubai Marina, Media City and JLT itself.
