About Uptown Tower
Uptown Tower is the first completed building of Uptown Dubai, the new district DMCC is building beside Jumeirah Lake Towers, and it serves as DMCC's headquarters. Designed by Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture, the tower rises 340 metres over 81 storeys, with an angled glass façade inspired by the facets of a diamond, a nod to Dubai's role as a global diamond trading hub.
The tower mixes several uses: the 188 key SO/ Uptown Dubai hotel, restaurants and conference space, Grade A office floors and more than 220 branded SO/ residences on the upper levels. The building is LEED Gold certified and in 2024 won three CTBUH Awards of Excellence, including Best Tall Building in the Middle East.
The residences are among the most prestigious addresses in the JLT area, with hotel services, high floor views over the lakes, Jumeirah Islands and the Arabian Gulf, and the new offices, shops and restaurants of Uptown Dubai growing around the tower.
