About Lake Terrace
Lake Terrace was built by DAMAC Properties between May 2006 and May 2008 and is one of three towers in Cluster D, with Indigo Tower and Lake City Tower. At 187 metres it is among the taller residential buildings in JLT.
The design is easy to spot: a central green glazed feature appears at every eighth floor as a duplex, terraced penthouse, giving the facade a vertical rhythm. The podium holds retail and food outlets at ground level, and the first floor is a recreation level with an infinity edge swimming pool.
Cluster D sits in the middle of JLT, with Almas Tower, DMCC Metro Station and the lakeside promenades a few minutes on foot. That central location and its large, varied stock make Lake Terrace one of the most traded and most rented towers in JLT.
