About Icon Tower 1
Icon Tower 1 is tower M3, the residential member of Cluster M, where it stands beside the HDS Business Centre office tower and the M2 plot. Work began in 2005 and the building was handed over in 2008 as part of the Icon Towers project, with National Engineering Bureau as architect and S.S. Lootah Contracting as main contractor.
Inside, the layouts run from studios through one and two bedroom flats to three bedroom apartments, so the building houses everyone from single professionals to families. Two bedroom homes make up a large share of what comes up for sale, and parking sits across three basement levels under the tower.
Cluster M lies in the south western part of JLT, a calmer corner of the community with office workers from HDS Business Centre and nearby clusters keeping the local cafés busy in the day. Almas Tower is about 0.5 km away and Dubai Marina Mall about 1.3 km.
