Goldcrest Views 1, often listed simply as Goldcrest Views, is one of the earlier JLT towers: construction started in 2004 and the building was completed in 2007. It shares Cluster V with the JBC 2 office tower and V3 Tower, close to the Sheikh Zayed Road side of the community.
The 40 storey, 159 metre tower holds 376 apartments. They are arranged around a central rectangular core so that each home looks out over the surrounding area, towards the JLT lakes, Dubai Marina or the Emirates Golf Club. A health club sits on the first floor, with two service floors and a mechanical level on the roof.
The northern clusters are among the most convenient parts of JLT: Sobha Realty Metro Station and JLT Park are both a few minutes on foot, Dubai Marina is across the Sheikh Zayed Road, and the Emirates Golf Club is about a kilometre away.
