Me Do Re Tower, also called Me Do Re Residential Tower, stands in Cluster L at the south western end of Jumeirah Lake Towers, near Icon Tower 2 and the Mövenpick hotel. Me Do Re Properties started construction in January 2020 and completed the tower in January 2024, with APG Architecture & Planning Group as architect and China Railway 18th Bureau Group as main contractor.
The 41 storey building sits over four basement levels of parking. Its homes range from studios to three bedroom apartments, finished to a newer specification than most of the older towers around it, which is why it attracts buyers who want a new build inside an established community.
Amenities go well beyond the usual JLT pool and gym, with a golf simulator, basketball court, yoga room and a Spinneys supermarket in the building. The lakes, cafés and hotels of the southern clusters are on the doorstep, and DMCC Metro Station is about 0.7 km away.
