The tower's plot in Cluster L was first launched as Dubai Star Tower. In 2014 Preatoni Real Estate took over the project, completed it in October 2018 and renamed it Preatoni Tower, with Eng. Adnan Saffarini as the architectural consultant.
At 46 storeys, Preatoni Tower holds 554 units across about 600,000 sq ft of residential and commercial space. It shares Cluster L with Me Do Re Tower and Icon Tower 2, in the southern half of JLT near the lakes.
Because the Dubai Land Department still records the building as Dubai Star, sales and rental contracts appear under that name, which is worth knowing when checking the tower's transaction history. Its newer build and central position keep it popular with tenants working in JLT and Dubai Marina.
