About Concorde Tower
Concorde Tower is the middle tower of Cluster H, flanked by the JBC 7 and JBC 8 office towers in the centre of Jumeirah Lake Towers. It was developed by 32 Group Properties, designed with Arif & Bintoak as architectural consultant, and handed over in April 2008, making it one of the earlier completed towers in JLT.
At 45 storeys it is one of the taller buildings in its part of JLT, and the upper floors look over the lakes towards Dubai Marina and the Emirates Hills side. The homes are mainly studios and one bedroom apartments, with a small number of two and three bedroom units, which suits single professionals and couples.
Cluster H sits close to Almas Tower, JLT Park and the restaurants around the lakes. DMCC Metro Station and Dubai Marina Mall are both within walking distance, and the Sheikh Zayed Road is a couple of minutes away, so the tower has a steady tenant base working in JLT, Dubai Marina and Media City.
