About MBL Royal
MBL Royal is the newest of MAG's MBL towers in Cluster K, next to MBL Residence. It was developed through MBL Royal Development DMCC, with National Engineering Bureau as consultant and Bu Haleeba Contracting as main contractor. Construction began in August 2021 and the tower was completed in October 2024.
The 40 storey building sits above five basement parking levels and holds 330 homes, from one bedroom apartments to penthouses, all handed over fully furnished with designer furniture. MAG announced in June 2023 that the project had sold out within 75 days of launch.
Residents have an adult pool and a family pool, a gym with sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi, a barbecue area and a children's play area, backed by 24 hour security and a concierge. Being one of the few recently completed towers in JLT, it appeals to buyers who want a new, furnished home in an established community.
