About Murooj Al Furjan
Nakheel launched Murooj Al Furjan in May 2021, and the first release sold out within hours. The plan set out 418 villas, 314 with four bedrooms and 104 with five, split across two gated neighbourhoods at the heart of Al Furjan, close to the Al Furjan Pavilion, the community club and the Dubai Metro station.
The villas were designed for family life, with a large entrance foyer, generous living and entertainment spaces, floor to ceiling windows, a choice of open or closed kitchen, a maid's room and en suite bedrooms. Each home has a private garden, piped gas and a garage for three cars with an electric car charging point, and five bedroom homes could add a driver's room.
More than a million sq ft of the community is given over to shared space: three swimming pools and a children's pool, parks and tree lined walkways, tennis and basketball courts, jogging tracks and family picnic and barbecue areas. Construction started in 2021 and the community is now completed and lived in.
