About Joy
Emaar launched Joy in March 2019, only weeks after Sun, the first neighbourhood of Arabian Ranches 3, drew a strong response from buyers. Construction started in August 2019 and the homes were completed in 2022, which makes Joy one of the first parts of the new community where families actually moved in.
The homes are modern three and four bedroom townhouses in three design types. Emaar describes them as naturally lit and facing lawns and parks, and transaction data on Propsearch shows three bedroom homes of roughly 1,384 to 1,521 sq ft and four bedroom homes of about 2,407 to 2,411 sq ft. The smaller footprint keeps Joy among the more accessible ways into an Emaar villa community.
