About The Meriva Collection
The Meriva Collection is Ellington Properties' first hospitality led development and follows its Ellington Sands project on Dubai Islands, the Nakheel island community off the Deira coast. It sits on Island B, on the northern shore, and was unveiled in February 2026.
The collection is made up of named buildings, Meriva Sunset, Meriva Gardens, Meriva Shores and Meriva Signature, plus a beachfront hotel that acts as the social heart of the project. Homes range from one to four bedroom apartments and penthouses to three to five bedroom signature residences, with 11 signature penthouses at the top of the range.
Ellington has planned a resort style list of shared facilities: indoor and outdoor pools, fitness, yoga and Pilates studios, a 2 km jogging track, sports courts, wellness zones, a jazz club, coworking areas and cafes, all set along landscaped promenades by the sea. It suits buyers who want a lock and leave beach home with hotel services close at hand.
